English Language International Conference (ELIC) is an annual refereed conference specialized in the field of English language, Literature, and Translation. It is held annually in the Arab World. It emanates from the Association of Arab Universities (AArU). It takes Zarqa University, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as a permanent headquarters for its General Secretariat.
(ELIC I), a Scopus-indexed conference, is pleased to invite researchers who appreciate the significance of interdisciplinary research and therefore want to go beyond the traditional branches of linguistics, literature and translation. We believe that the connection between different fields of study is both crucial and pervasive. Our goal is to present the advantages of an integrated approach and emphasize its importance for contemporary research.
The first English Language International Conference (ELIC I) will take place on May 23-24, 2023 at Zarqa University, Zarqa, Jordan. The conference will be organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts, Zarqa University, Jordan.
